3. Our role as a brokerage

CMGC arranges mortgages between borrowers and third-party lenders. We are compensated by the lender on most residential mortgages, at no cost to you; where any fee would apply, we disclose it before you commit. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the products, decisions, or terms of third-party lenders.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information when you contact us or apply;
Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it;
Not submit another person's information without their authorization.

5. Intellectual property
